So, we were working with a very impressive group of managers in Brisbane recently.
The organisation is massive, complicated, ever-changing. And the managers in it range from the very, very good to the very, very not good.
All highly technically skilled, all placed in to positions of leadership without too much support or guidance.
When the L&D team asked us to run employee engagement training to help them develop stable and high-performing teams, guess who turned up?
Great to help them develop further, but how frustrating not to get access to the managers who very clearly need help?
