That’s a new organisation every 6 months!

We call these organisations ‘toxic’ (not to their face, obviously!).

Employees don’t stay long enough to even complete probation. Some don’t turn up after the first day or week. And these organisations are some of the best known in their industry, not some awful back-water outfit.

A large part of the problem is that vicious cycle: employees quit so there’s incredible pressure to replace them to get the work done, so the recruitment process is hurried and unrigorous, resulting in poor hires who quit quickly.
