A little help from my friends and reduce staff turnover

stand aside and allow people to suceed and reduce staff turnover

So, Retention Partners supports a micro-lending organisation called Kiva and our current star is Cay, who runs a food stall in Viet Nam. We loan money to help her buy more bowls, food and chopsticks and Cay repays in bursts until the debt is paid. Then that capital goes off to the next person who needs a little bit of cash.

A little bit of help = incredible independence and opportunity.
It makes me think about setting people up to succeed, no matter if they run a noodle stall in Ho Chi Minh City or a trading desk at Credit Suisse.

If you give people the tools they need to do something they think is important, you can then just stand aside and let them do it.
It really is that simple, isn’t it?

We can help with giving your staff the right tools by finding out what they want and need in order to reduce your staff turnover.
